  • Shoes that have been worn outdoors
  • Items damaged by customer misuse
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Customized or personalized shoes

How to Return Your Items

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Securely package your shoes in any suitable box. Include your RMA number and original order confirmation. While original packaging is appreciated, it's not required for returns.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Use the prepaid return shipping label provided by our customer service team (for US customers). International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it within 2-3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days

Refund Amount:

You will receive a full refund of the item price plus original shipping costs (if applicable). Return shipping is free for US customers when using our provided return label.

Exchanges
